Once a project has reached completion, the following information (supplied either
on a CD-Rom or hard copy) is forwarded to the Client and Supervisory Authority:

1. Compaction tests in accordance with the Compaction Test Schedule
   contained within the Project Construction Plan;


2. Constructed plans of all house drains and property inlets*;


3. Constructed plans of vehicle crossings*;


4. Constructed plans of Sewer Reticulation*;


5. Constructed Plans of Water Reticulation*;


6. Constructed plans of Electrical Reticulation


7. Constructed plans of Telecommunication Reticulation*;


8. Telstra certificate of compliance;


9. Electrical certificate of compliance;


10. Council certificate of compliance; and


11. Field notes and construction records
