Project Tracking and Programming

As part of the Project Construction Plan, the programming of tasks is undertaken, utilising computerised scheduling software. We provide an illustration of the tasks involved, linking them systematically, and enabling our clients to be aware exactly when the various processes are scheduled to commence and finish.

This provides a valuable tool as it identifies deficiencies in the task scheduling, milestone targets and project completion deadlines. The information provides us with the insight to engage additional resources to achieve the target dates and possibly reach an early completion.
